The Nampa man accused of a senseless crime at the China Blue Night Club on Friday night which left one man dead was out on bail when the fight broke out.

24-year-old Jesus Manuel Garcia of Nampa is facing felony charges after he stabbed two men during an altercation at the China Blue Night Club.  One of the men recently died.

Witnesses say that Garcia was acting very aggressive that night.  He seemed as if he was trying to get into a fight.  When he finally did, he ended up stabbing two different men over and over in the stomach.

One of the stab wounds pierced the heart of 21-year-old David Ruiz Gomez from Meridian who died late Tuesday night.

Garcia's bond has been set at $2 million and will see his next court date on February 7.  If he's convicted he could face life in prison.
