Miss Idaho Wears Insulin Pump On Stage And Rocks It!

Sierra Sandison has been crowned the new Miss Idaho, but what she was wearing  during the swimsuit portion of the competition is what made her photo go viral.

Sierra decided that she would wear her insulin pump on stage to "contribute to the diversity of beauty in the media."

It paid off for her, she didn't lose points during the swimsuit portion, in fact, she won swimsuit, interview and academic competitions, and tied for talent.
