Marijuana Traffic Stop

Sometimes a simple traffic stop turns into a Big Bust!

Our fine officers from the Boise Police Department 19 year old Conner Hemphill and 19 year old Phouthong Phimmasone on the 7800 Block of West Ustick Road.  It was a simple traffic stop but officers noticed a suspicious black bag on the floor.  After receiving consent to search the bag they found a mason jar full of green leafy marijuana.

The officers found other baggies full of marijuana and evidence of intent to sell.  When the suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail they were booked for possession with intent to sell.

I know we were all supposed to wear green today, but... I'm pretty sure this goes a little above and beyond for St Patrick's Day.  The luck of the Irish was definitely not with these two.
