You've been able to get pot in Oregon for a while now, but it could be popping up as CBD oil in Garden City.

Welcome Science is set to open this month and the owners say CBD oil is a remedy for pain, inflammation, and anxiety. Law enforcement is likely to look into the CBD oil though because it is derived from marijuana plants.

In the stores defense, they say the CBD oil doesn't contain any THC which causes the "high" you get from marijuana. They also argue that the oil is processed from hemp stalks outside of Idaho, so it does not violate Idaho's marijuana laws.

According to the Idaho Statesman, in 2015 the Idaho Legislature passed a bill allowing CBD oil to treat intractable epilepsy or seizure disorders, which is similar to a law passed in Utah in 2014.
