Man Drowned in Little Salmon River

What caused this man to go off the road and will they be able to find him?

It happened just after midnight going into Tuesday morning. 35 year old Derek L.Olson was last seen with his tires squealing and his taillights going into the River just South of Riggins.

According to KTVB, Olson's car was found yesterday at about 8:30 am, but he was not inside.

Crews are continuing to try and find Olson's body in the water and so far there are no answers as to why he lost control of his vehicle.

Derek's family has been contacted and of course they are just hoping and praying to get some answers as soon as possible.
