As I sit here sipping my coffee (yes, at 9PM) I am reminded of my favorite season, Fall. From football to pumpkins to the changing leaves, the Treasure Valley has so many fun attractions! Here are a few to get you started...

Boo at the Zoo, Saturday October 25 10am-5pm-Join Zoo Boise for the best Halloween event in town! Delta Dental presents Boo at the Zoo! There will be costumed characters passing out candy, costume contests for all ages, games, pumpkin patch photos, face painting, and, of course, the zoo! Proceeds from all activities are used for improvements to the zoo.
12th Annual Buddy Walk, Capital Park Boise, Saturday Oct 11th, 2pm: 12th Annual Buddy Walk - promoting awareness and acceptance for all persons with Down syndrome. The advocacy walk begins at Capitol Park in Downtown Boise and ends with food, fun, and music at the Gene Harris Band-shell in Julia Davis Park. Everyone is welcome!
Frighten Felons: Adult Night, Idaho Historical Museum, Friday Oct 31st, 7pm-11pm: Make your way through the only haunted cell house in Boise, watch the Zombie "Thriller" performance, cash in on $200 in costume contest prizes, unlock the mysteries in the palm of your hand with our trained palm readers, eat up on Free Range Pizza, Burgerlicious and Funky Taco food trucks, drink beer by Crooked Fence Brewing, wine courtesy of the Friends of the Historical Museum and Old Idaho Penitentiary, Dutch Bros and more!

Capstone Missions 7th Annual Fall Fiesta, St. Mark's Catholic Church, Saturday Oct 18th, 6pm: Capstone Missions will be having their 7th Annual Fall Fiesta at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Boise, ID on October 18, 2014. The evening will be filled with great food, entertainment, live, silent and dessert auction, all to support a great cause.
