Kip Moore made a special teenager's wish come true when he invited her to his show before she attends 2018 ACM Awards in Las Vegas.

In partnership with Make-A-Wish, Moore reached out to 15-year-old Sydney and asked her to be his guest at his upcoming concert for ACM Party for a Cause: Stoney’s Tailgate Party on April 13.

"Because of my 'Last Shot' video and the power it's had, we teamed up with Make-A-Wish and we wanted to do something special for Sydney so I'm going to invite her to my show in Vegas during ACM week," Moore explains in the video above before he picks up the phone. "Have her come backstage, have her come hangout with me and my friends. Hopefully she's into it."

Of course, Sydney is in for it. The country superstar FaceTimes her to ask, and she can barely hold back her excitement, responding eagerly when Moore asks if she'd like to get the VIP treatment.

"Yes, sir! I'm so excited," she responds.

Sydney is from south Texas, and Make-a-Wish is sending her to the ACM Awards on April 15. She's a big music fan and hasn't been deterred by a critical illness she's been battling since birth. Her wish to attend the awards show will include Moore's set at Stoney's.

The 2018 ACM Awards air live on CBS at 8PM ET on April 15.
