The Fort Boise Military Cemetery is the final resting place of 247 people including military officers, enlisted men and women and members of their family.

 

The cemetery is considered to be inactive since no one has been buried there in over 100 years, but some say the spirits who live their are very active.

 

According to KTVB, a woman reports a ghosts stroking her ponytail, there are reports of ghosts sitting on a bench, a soldier standing guard at the flag.

 

Another woman told KTVB that she took a recorder to the cemetery and picked up the voice of a ghost named "Jerry."
