The lowest crime rate in the country, million dollar properties, who wouldn't want to live here?!!

When I saw that msn.com came out with a list of the "Most Exclusive Neighborhoods" in every state I was really curious to see which neighborhood made the cut for Idaho.

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed to see that they name Victor the "Most Exclusive Neighborhood" because Victor is a city, not a neighborhood!

Not that there is anything wrong with Victor. It has beautiful homes (the average value being $349,500) with some reaching the millions! Only 1,961 people live in Victor, three sides of it are surrounded by National Parks, and there is hardly any crime. It's a great city, but not a neighborhood!

What would you say is the "Most Exclusive Neighborhood in Idaho?" How about here in the Treasure Valley? I'd love to get an answer!
