The ski resorts in Idaho are amazing.  Sun Valley is one of 18 ski resorts here and is considered the country's first "winter resort" after the 1932 winter Olympics.

There are 300 miles of Nordic trails for cross-country skiers in our state which totals almost 20,000 acres of ski area. There are 28,000 vertical feet of a variety of challenging runs.

Bogus Basin is the closest ski resort to our capital city of Boise and is known for its amazing spring skiing and challenging runs. I used to drive up to Bogus with my friends for some spring skiing and come back with a great suntan!

Brundage mountain in McCall, Idaho is a hugely popular resort with locals and this Friday, December 11th it is fully open and functioning due to it's recent 2 feet of fresh powder!  Tammarack resort is also fully open and operating on December 11th as well.
