Idaho Speed Limit Is Going Up

A new bill is being proposed that makes speeding legal here in Idaho.

It's only for specific situations like a motorist going to slow on the highway.  Drivers will be able to go up to 15 miles per hour faster than the speed limit to safely pass that motorist.

The House Committee has agreed unanimously to introduce what's called Clow's Bill which means there'll be a full hearing soon.
