Idaho Ski Resorts Kick Off Season

Well, snow isn’t falling in the Treasure Valley yet, but the mountains are getting enough snow for resorts all over idaho to open for the season.

According to KTVB, here’s what’s open this weekend for you and your family.

Bogus Basin:

The Pepsi Gold Rush Tubing Hill will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. Reservations are available here. The Frontier Point Nordic Lodge will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Brundage:

will open its beginner run - Easy Street - on Friday. The chairlift will run Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Lift tickets for Easy Street are free for all ages, all season long.

Sun Valley:

Currently five of Bald Mountain's 12 lifts are running daily, and officials expect to open the entire Warm Springs side of the mountain this weekend. Dollar Mountain is scheduled to open on Saturday, Dec. 9.
