He almost dies, years of surgery and therapy, and now he's back... and walking for the first time!

We often forget about our great men and women that sacrifice for us.  SACRIFICE.  What does that mean exactly?  We hear it all the time.  We say it all the time.  Putting a face, and a story behind that word changes things for me.  Every day we should take a moment to truly remember, not just all those that sacrifice, but maybe one certain individual that gave more than we'll ever be asked to give.

Today that's Micah Anderson.  An injured war veteran from Boise State who lost his legs a couple years ago when an IED went off.  After years of surgery and therapy, Micah took his first steps with brand new prosthetic legs over the weekend.

Here's a video of Micah receiving his Purple Heart.  May we never forget!
