How Bad Is Today’s Weather Going To Get??

We know we're getting snow... but for how long, and how bad?

It's been flat out cold for a few days now and when you start adding a lot of snow and ice to these cold temperatures, you get a lot of disastrous situations.  Slipping and falling, car crashes, etc, etc...  So how long is this going to last?

Snow started about 11 this morning and should continue through tomorrow.  We're expected to get about 1 to 3 inches here in the valley.  The mountains can get up to 14 inches in this storm we have.

Now for the good news.  Warm air should be moving in tomorrow changing some of this snow into rain and less treacherous situations on the Treasure Valley roads.  We'll get a mix of rain and snow through the weekend and into the first part of next week.
