Here’s Why You Don’t Play Pranks On Cops [VIDEO]

Apparently the guy in this video is a well-known internet "prankster."  I think he's a jerk. Maybe the biggest jerk the world has ever seen.

I guess his schtick is following people around in public while describing their every movement to a person on the phone. He wants to see how people react when they get super paranoid.  Hey jerkface..... know who you shouldn't do that to?  Cops.  They put their lives on the line every day.  There are people out there who want to kill cops for fun.  Do you blame a police officer for being "paranoid?"  This guy needs to get a butt whoopin' and a life.  He even has the nerve to say at the end of the video that he thought the cop was being aggressive.  Unbelievable.  This "prankster" needs to grow up.
