Have you ever seen firefighters out on intersections throughout the Treasure Valley? What in the heck are they doing out there walking between cars? It's actually part of their awesome campaign to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Idaho. Boise Firefighters are at it today hoping to meet their huge goal of $50,000.

WHAT: 'Fill the Boot' fundraiser to the Muscuar Dystrophy Association of Idaho. Boise Fire Local 149 will be out and about collecting donations from YOU!

WHERE: Overland Rd and Five Mile Rd - Boise, until 4 p.m.

If you have a few minutes to drive by that intersection, you'll be a part of something really amazing: helping the MDA "free individuals --and the families who love them -- from the harm of muscular dystrophy and other related life-threatening diseases that take away people's ability to walk, move, smile, talk and even breathe."
