Who says Halloween isn't as giving or caring as Thanksgiving or Christmas.  This Caldwell Haunted House is making a difference.

 

Requiem Haunted House at 810 Main Street is the largest indoor haunted house in Idaho. Requiem gives its proceeds to the Don't Be A Monster program.  A national organization that teaches anti-bullying messages in schools.

 

So why did Requiem choose this as their cause.  One of the owners, Krista Wood, says its personal.

"My daughter has had kids at her school commit suicide from being bullied. I also work at the Y, and I'm a big supporter of not being bullied."

 

Wood plans to expand the haunted house and offer other events throughout the year that will feed money into the Don't Be A Monster Program.  Requiem is open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays starting at 7:30 p.m.
