Glamping in Idaho

I love the great outdoors, but I am not a fan sleeping on the ground and smelling like a campfire with no shower in sight. Luckily, you can "Glam-Camp" in Idaho! Here's where!

River Dance Lodge in Kooskia: It's right by the Clearwater River and features antique claw bathtubs, pillow top beds, and your own wood burning stove!

Wagonhammer in North Fork: Just north of the Salmon River, this RV park is pet friendly and you have the opportunity to sleep in a glammed up teepee!

Huckleberry Tent and Breakfast in Clark Fork: Located in Northern Idaho, this place offers up luxury beds, breakfast in the morning, and outdoor showers that keep you feeling clean without taking away all of the reality of camping.

Working Horse Ranch in Casade: Gorgeous private cabins make it hard to call this "camping" but its right up my alley! You get the best of both worlds, the beautiful scenery, quiet escape, and a nice comfy bed to keep you warm and protect you from the mosquitos!

Far and Away Adventures along the Salmon River: It's a guided adventure, and although you do have to sleep in a tent on this trip, you get a hot shower in the morning and they serve up gourmet breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Stargazer Yurt in Idaho City: Some of these rustic yurts come with their own hot tub! It doesn't get better than that! Plus you can gaze at the stars while being protected from the elements! That's my kind of camping!

Moose Creek in Victor: Not far from Jackson Hole, Wyoming; technically you're sleeping in a tent, but its a pretty glamorous tent (pictured above) that features a comfy queen sized bed inside!

Mary Janes Farm in Moscow: It's girly, country-chic, and features super comfy luxury beds inside glam tents. Sign me up!
