Should Brittany in Mountain Home have to share this money with her new husband? 

Dear Rick and Carly, 

My husband and I just got married a couple months ago and we are currently in an argument over something. I'm getting a huge tax refund this year while my husband is not. My husband says now that we are married we should split my tax refund. He says that's what married couples do. I disagree. My tax refund is mine. I can spend it any way I want. He disagrees and says we split everything 50/50 now that we are married . He wants the money to buy new fishing and hunting equipment. I want the money to splurge on myself. Who's right - me or him? Should I split my refund with him?
