Frugals is Opening in Nampa

A very popular Washington fast food chain is opening in the Treasure Valley very soon!

It's a drive-thru burger place that will be located where Squeaky Clean Car Wash is located on 12th Avenue in Nampa across from Nampa High School. The car wash has since been demolished and it's all about burgers now.

If you don't know much about Frugal's, it's an award winning burger chain according to the Idaho Press Tribune that has been around for 30 years. They have had two locations in Washington and one in Montana, but nothing in Idaho until now. It has a 50's feel and as owner Terry Kramer describes the food it's "inexpensive, but still high-quality." According to the Idaho Statesman, burgers start at just $2.59.

On the menu ... burgers, fries, shakes, specialty shakes and specialty burgers every month, chicken sandwiches and a halibut sandwich that is said to be amazing!

You have just a little longer to wait to get those yummy drive-thru burgers. Frugal's is expected to open in early March.
