Come one, come all! Free Fishing Day in Idaho! 

Looking for something fun to do with the entire family? How about doin' a little fishin'? Idaho has some fantastic waters and you may as well take advantage of Idaho's Free Fishing Day on Saturday June, 11th!

Every second weekend in June all anglers, residents and nonresidents can enjoy the day and fish Idaho's waters without a license. What a fun annual event for our state, plus if you have never fished before this is the perfect day to learn!

Per Idaho Fish and Game, "personnel and volunteers set up several free events at local fishing waters throughout the state to help first-timers discover the joys of fishing.

There are a limited number of loaner rods and reels available to practice with but if you have your own equipment you are encouraged to bring it".
