The Boise Depot is one of the most iconic locations in the Treasure Valley. It's definitely a must-see spot if you're new to Boise, or have been here for years. It's full of history and not to mention, gives you one of the best views of downtown (definitely stop by in the fall, it's gorgeous from up there). If you're thinking it's time to check it out too, then you may want to sign up for their FREE tours they're offering this Sunday.

According to their Facebook event, during the one-hour tours (noon and 1:30), you'll learn about "the history of the iconic Boise Depot and take guests through the progression of local rail service, from the railroad’s arrival in Boise and construction of the Depot to its years of operation and renovation." You'll see the building like never before, you'll even take an up-close look at the huge bell in its 96-foot tower!!! Can't make it this weekend? Don't worry, they offer free tours the first Sunday of each month!
