Flood Waters are Gone, Residents Still Not Allowed to Return

Some residents have been camping outside their homes.

Remember last month when residents from the Riviera Estates Mobile Home Park were evacuated due to the Boise River flood?

Well, according to KTVB, even though the water has receded, residents are still not allowed to return to their homes.

Residents-according to the article- are frustrated because they're getting conflicting reports about certain checklists that need to be completed by inspectors.

One of the owners of the park, Pete Whitehead, says residents may not have utilities for another month.
