Fire Destroys Pat’s Desert Inn Cafe In Mt. Home

Say it ain't so!  One of my favorite little breakfast stops in Mountain Home was ravaged by fire this morning.

Pat's Desert Inn Cafe at 1500 Sunset Strip caught fire this morning around 1 a.m.  At least that's what Mountain Home Police are speculating.  Someone passing by saw the flames and immediately called 911.  The building is most likely a total loss.  Completely engulfed in the flames.

It only took the Fire Department about 30 minutes to put the fire out but that's because the fire had pretty much already burned everything.

The cafe was not open when the fire started and no one was hurt.  No one was inside.  An investigation is under way.  We'll keep you posted.
