Ever Wonder What It’s Like To Win A WOW Country Across The Country?

This morning we got an email from Shari who was the winner of WOW Country Across The Country Destination : Day Drinkin' In San Diego with Little Big Town.She and her husband went to San Diego and got to hang out with Little Big Town!

Here's what she had to say:

The most amazing weekend ever!  We were picked up at the airport by a chauffeur holding a sign like they do in the movies.   We checked in to the beautiful Bahia

resort then walked to Mission Beach to have lunch @ the sandbar I had their award winning Fish Tacos and a Margarita, a little later we boarded the Charter bus for Downtown San Diego to see Mickey Guyton @ Bang Bang Nightclub.  That evening was our first taste of the VIP experience, a meet and greet with the artist, appetizers were circulating and an open bar!   Her performance was amazing  she writes most of her songs and she can really belt them out!  The venue was cool the entrance is a tiled tunnel, the ceiling is oversized Japanese lanterns and the ladies wash room has a Ryan Gosling themed stall.    

Mimosa's and Bloody Mary's, we eventually got creative and hit the two tables to make screwdrivers.  After brunch we were shuttled to the Belly Up Tavern an hour up the beach, we were in danger of losing our buzz when the event coordinator announced another full open bar!  A buffet of sliders and small bites helped keep our stamina going.  

Little Big Town took the stage and played songs from their new CD Painkiller featuring Day Drinking, the performance was amazing they closed with Pontoon and Boondocks!  If that wasn't the coolest day ever a meet and greet followed the performance, I only wish I could have freshened up after all day of sitting in the sun and drinking!   We took the riverboat that evening around the bay and in the morning we took a long walk on the beach enjoyed the pool and hot tub before the chauffeur took us back to the airport.
