Widespread flooding has forced Twin Falls County Commissioners to sign an emergency declaration.

A combination from all the snow and now the rain has led to disaster after disaster.  Multiple homes have been damaged, voluntary evacuations are in effect, and the American Red Cross Shelters at the Amazing Grace Fellowship are ready to go.

Ranchers and home owners are responsible for doing the best they can to protect their property and livestock but with highways and roads turning into rivers, the situation becomes more and more dangerous every day.

Authorities are asking the public to respect barricades set up and to find alternate routes when possible.  These have been put in place for the safety of the public.

In some areas the water is receding but now there's logs, ice chunks, and debris left along with damaged roadways.
