Eagle Declares Disaster

The flooding is so bad in Eagle, that the city has declared a disaster.

An emergency city council meeting today discussed the extensive flooding in the area and how much worse it could potentially get. The conclusion. Eagle City is under a state of disaster.

According to KTVB, of up most concern is the "progression toward failure" of one section of the riverbank of the Boise River in Eagle. Homes surrounding the area have been notified that they may need to evacuate if waters continue to rise.
