Dear Rick and Carly, 

My husband and I have been arguing lately and I need some help. I love my career as a job placement manager. I'm also 4 months pregnant and my husband wants me to stay home with our children like our Mom's did. I used to agree with this, but now I feel like I don't want to give up my career and then struggle to to get it back once the kids get in school full time. My husband thinks I'm being selfish. Is he right? What should I do?
