It was a grizzly discovery in Mountain Home yesterday. The skeletal remains of a child between 1 and 5 years old.

Idaho Fish and Game Officers found the remains in a badger hole on Saturday. They have not ruled out foul play.

According to KTVB, officers say the remains seem to have been buried for an extended period of time and no clothing was found with the bones.

The investigation is ongoing, but they have concluded that the bones are most likely not Native American based on where the bones were found.

One thought that crossed my mind is could the bones be connected to missing toddler DeOrr Kunz who went missing during a family camping trip back in 2014.Official have NOT made a connection there at all so far, but it was the first case I thought of.

I just hope that investigators find some answers so that potentially a family out there can have some answers and that if foul play was involved that someone can be brought to justice.
