Boise Man Never Returned from Fishing Trip

We've seen this story far too often in the Treasure Valley this summer. Another man has gone missing; this time after telling his family and friends he was going fishing. 

Those who last spoke to 54 year old Randy French say he told them he was going salmon fishing in Riggins. He planned on sleeping in his 2004 Maroon Chevy Avalanche and a cell phone ping shows he was headed northwest at around 5 a.m. on Friday, June 30th.

According to KTVB, he could be suffering from a health condition and it's reported that he seemed dazed and confused at the time of his disappearance. He never showed up for the arranged fishing trip Friday morning.

He was last seen driving a maroon 2004 Chevy Avalanche with specialty Salmon license plate 9435D.
