Twenty-nine year old Benjamin Tveidt was abandoned outside the Salvation Army when he was a baby.  Can you help him find his mother?

He was found by two teenagers in a cardboard box in Anchorage, Alaska on September 4, 1986.  He lived with a foster family for six months before finally getting adopted by a young couple who later moved to the Northwest.

A quote from Benjamin that relates to many who wonder about their biological parents... "It's a special kind of loneliness looking in the mirror and not knowing who you are."

For the last eighteen years Benjamin has been wondering, researching, questioning, and trying to figure out who he is and where he comes from.  Instead of a birth certificate, he has newspaper articles about his abandonment case back in 1986.  Through recent DNA testing he's been able to connect himself to distant cousins but that's as close as he's gotten.

Benjamin has let go of the anger he's felt over the abandonment but does want answers.  What happened?  Who do I belong to?  Where am I from?  He knows his search and journey may end with hugs, tears, and joy... and it also may end with sadness and despair.  He's prepared for the worst and hopes for the best.
