Boise Food Trucks

I know it's swimsuit season, but, it's also Food Truck season.

I love finding new places to try, especially food trucks.

Did you know that Boise Fry Co. has a truck… with eight types of fries, eight! I'll just list them for you: Russet, Gold, Laura, Yam, Sweet, Purple, Okinawa, Brussels Sprouts. Did I mention the 13 toppings they offer for your fries? Of course you can't forget the beloved Taco Truck, even a Spaghetti Truck.
