Boise Fire Rescues Dog from Septic Pit

Luckily the dog-o is ok!

A pup is lucky to be alive after falling into a ten foot deep septic basin on Sunday.

According to KTVB, someone spotted the dog who had fallen in the pit that was covered with temporary boards. Good thing "most of the waste had already been pumped out."

Pretty scary moment for the pup, but luckily he wasn't injured in the fall.

Kudos to the fire department for a quick rescue.
