Boise Falling Off as Trick or Treat City?

What's going on!?! Could we be losing our touch as a great city for trick or treating?  In 2015, according to a list put together by Nextdoor, Boise was listed as 10th in the entire nation.

However this year, according to a list assembled by Zillow, Boise isn't even in the top 20!!!! How can this be?

Now of course, all online lists have elements of bias to them. Maybe the people at Zillow are only listing cities they personally like?  Maybe like so many people around the country, they've never been to Boise and don't know what a cool city it is?  But of course, overall we'd like to keep it that way wouldn't we? ;)
