Body Found in Boise Canal

A body has been found in a Southeast Boise canal. What happened and who met this sad demise?

Someone saw a body on the north side of a canal near the Federal Way overpass off of Broadway.

According to KTVB crews are investigating but so far they do not suspect foul play. The person has been identified as a man, but his identity is not being released until his family has been contacted.

We hope that this discovery does bring a Treasure Valley family some closure, but its such a difficult thing to loose a loved one, especially around the holidays. Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers .
