My daughter and I are on a mission to try different ethnic foods in the area. This week it was Thai Food. Who do you think has the Best Thai Food in the Treasure Valley?!

Give me some curry and I am a happy camper. I swear I could literally drink curry through a straw on a daily basis. It's something people seem to either love or hate though. I had Rick try it once and he was not a fan!

My daughter Jocelyn is 8 and we've been trying foods from different parts of the world. So far we've tried Indian Food, Chinese Food, and this week we tried out a Thai restaurant near our house called Sa-Wa-Dee on Fairview Avenue. I loved every single bite! We ordered curry of course plus some Pad Thai and a sushi roll. (Again, give me a good hunk of ginger and I can't be stopped, so I ate all of the ginger from our sushi roll  by it's self!)

Anyhoo, I'm not gonna lie, I don't know a lot about Thai food, so these options seemed the safest. I was really impressed with Sa-Wa-Dee. The food was great, service was great, and I would definitely go back.

My daughter, who is not generally picky, hardly ate. The curry was a little spicier than I expected and she didn't like the flavor of the Pad Thai noodles. Maybe most 8 year old's just aren't into Thai food!
