Shelley is all about Halloween. They have the most costume shops and are number one in sales of candy and decorations in the state.

Idaho comes in at the 8th most Halloween obsessed in the country. The most popular costume themes this year are

For the adults, we prefer to go with couple costumes like gangsters and flappers.
