Bare-Bottomed Jockey Beats Horse Named Modesty
What is your most embarrassing moment? Can it top this?
During yesterday’s first race at Canterbury Park in New South Wales, Australia, a horse named Miss Royale edged out Modesty for second place. Making the effort particularly impressive was the fact that Miss Royale’s jockey, Blake Shinn, rode the race while mooning his competition, as his pants fell down shortly after the starting bell rang!
“They [the pants] went just after the start and there was nothing I could do,“ Shinn said. “I think a lot of people are going to have a bit of fun with this, but they can’t say I wasn’t focused and went to the line.“
So, to recap, a bare-bottomed jockey beat a horse named Modesty. Perfect.
Sometimes....truth really is better than fiction. How can you make that up?
