A new Idaho law allows babies and children under 21 in breweries!

Agree or disagree, a new law allows underage children to be inside breweries starting this Friday, July 1st.

Of course the kids are not allowed to drink, but they can be inside while Mom and Dad enjoy a beer.

Under the old law, if you had kids or a baby in a stroller, they would have to stay outside.

Some people are concerned that misbehaving kids will change the atmosphere in a place where adults go for a little escape, which is why some breweries are only allowing kids inside prior to 7 pm, and making after 7 o'clock 21 and older. Breweries also reserve the right to not allow minors inside if they choose to do so.

People are also voicing concern over possible underage drinking with the new law, so breweries will have to be extra careful not to serve alcohol to those under 21.
