It happened again; this time a car hit a house in Kuna. You won't believe what the person responsible had to do next.

Alana and I have a theory that more vehicles hit buildings in the Treasure Valley than anywhere per capita in the world. And it always happens in "threes." Well, the story broke this morning that the third in our cluster of threes happened when a 12 year old boy plowed his mom's SUV into a house in Kuna.

12. Years. Old.

What the heck?!

No kid should be allowed to drive until they're at least into their teens. But you know the most shocking part of this story? The mom was given a $75 ticket and cited for "allowing an unlicensed minor" to drive.

That's all?! Only a $75 dollar fine?!

This kid is lucky he didn't kill anybody! Of course, now there's the whole mess of trying to pay for fixing up the house, fence, and other stuff he ran over. But still... that seems like the mom got off a little easy to me. What do you think?
