Amber Alert Girl Update

Local authorities and police have determined the van found at a Mountain Home restaurant is not the van connected to the Tennessee kidnapping.

The Mountain Home Police Department went through video surveillance, talked with witnesses, and submitted photos to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation before coming to the conclusion that the van spotted at Jade Garden is not the van in question.

This does not mean 9 year old Carlie Trent and her uncle Gary Gimpson are not somewhere in the Idaho region.  There have been reports and sightings in the Twin Falls area as well.  If you have any information please contact your local police department, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678, or the Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
