I'm proud to say that I'm a grown man who's never once been in a fistfight.

After reading this story, I fully plan on keeping it that way.

A northern Idaho man is facing prison time after he struck another man who later passed away from the injuries. The assailant, 21-year-old Tyler Finlay, punched 29-year-old Jeffrey Marfice after an altercation in which Finaly was harassing Marfice's girlfriend. Marfice sustained a significant head injury, and passed away the next day.

Even though Finaly apologized in court and called the incident "an accident," he was put in jail and now faces up to 15 years in prison. He's due to be sentenced at the end of January.
