7 Injured in Crash Near Lake Lowell

7 people are in the hospital this morning after a late night pile up near Lake Lowell. 

It happened at 11:14 pm at the intersection of Idaho 55 and Riverside Road.

29 year old Christopher Donnelly of Nampa was waiting to turn right onto Idaho 55 in his truck when 66 year old James Byerly was driving eastbound pulling a boat.

Donnelly pulled out in front of Byerly, their crash dislodged the boat which then hit an SUV.

Two women riding in the back of Donnelly's pickup truck were thrown from the vehicle.

Two children were also in the crash, both suffered injuries but were wearing seat belts.

According to KTVB, the crash remains under investigation and the condition of those in the hospital are unknown at this time.
