6 People Injured in Parma Building Collapse
Emergency teams are on the scene now and all six people injured are in the hospital.
The calls started coming in around 1:40 p.m. this afternoon. A construction nightmare. The entire building under construction in the 300 block of East South Avenue collapsed and it happened at the worst of times. When there were plenty of people inside.
The JC Watson Company is an onion growing, packing, and shipping business that own the building. All we know is that all six of the people injured were working on the roof at the time of the collapse. OSHA's investigating and we hope and pray for everyone involved that they'll recover and get back home to their families.
