28-Year-Old Boise Woman Dies In I-84 Pileup
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the friends and family of 28-year-old Felisha Camacho who lost her battle for life in a rollover on I-84.
The accident was yesterday afternoon just after 1 o'clock. Camacho was driving west in Elmore County, lost control of her vehicle and went off the left shoulder before rolling and ending up in the eastbound lanes of I-84.
Camacho was unfortunately thrown from her vehicle and immediately rushed to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise where she died of her injuries.
This is the crash that started a chain reaction of wrecks that included at least five vehicles. Many were injured but Camacho is the only known fatality at this point. I-84 was shut down for close to 3 hours. Again, our deepest condolences to Camacho's family.
