Get ready, a winter advisory warning for southwest Idaho has been issued by the National Weather Service for Thursday.  Forecasters say that we can expect to see as much as 1-3 inches of snow in the Treasure Valley beginning Thursday morning.  The snow flurries are expected to continue into the afternoon.

If you're in the mountains, you're probably not surprised to find out that you can expect to see MUCH more.  As much as 5-10 inches of snow are projected to fall and if you're in an area above 7000 feet, it's predicted that you might see as much as 15 inches.

If there's any good news, it's that it seems as though the snow might not be a burden on much of your morning commute.  This storm is expected to hit in the mid/late morning and then continue through the afternoon and into the evening.
